Overview

HypedBoards is a gamified leaderboard platform designed for teams and organizations to drive competitiveness and engagement. These Terms apply to all users of the platform.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

User Conduct

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on HypedBoards. You agree not to post, send, or share:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind, against any person.
• Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Content that is obscene, violent, or illegal.
• Spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.

You also agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's security or operations.
• Use the platform to harass, stalk, or target another member.

These rules apply to everything you post, including chat messages, images, GIFs, captions, display names, and profile pictures.

User Content, Reporting and Moderation

You retain rights to content you post (e.g., messages, profile pictures). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform to enable functionality (like chat and leaderboards).

You can report content and block members. Every chat message can be reported from the app, and you can block any member you share an organization with. Blocking hides that member's messages from you immediately. It is one way: they are not told, and they see no change.

We review every report within 24 hours. Reports go to our moderation queue and to our support team. Where content breaches these Terms, we remove it, and it stops being visible to everyone on the board straight away.

Accounts that breach these Terms may be removed. Depending on the severity and history, we may remove the offending content, remove the member from a leaderboard or an organization, or delete the account entirely. We may act without prior notice where content is seriously harmful.

To report content outside the app, or to appeal a decision, contact support@hypedboards.com.

Modifications and Availability

We may update these Terms or modify the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages.

Future Paid Plans

While HypedBoards is currently free, we may introduce paid plans. We will notify users of pricing, features, and billing details before any charges apply.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may remove accounts that violate our policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sarasota, FL.
